Walls
The series Walls was written in 2021 and 2022. The novel follows a young woman who is forced to face demons from her families past following an unexpected inheritance.
The title was designed to insinuate layers reflecting a mixed family history. Dark overtones were utilized to support the theme of the story and additionally to appeal to her target audience. I opted to use a dark red to facilitate contrast and use it as a tool to further push the horrific nature of the two title’s.
